WHAT ARE THE TOP 24 MOST UNHEALTHY, DANGEROUS FOODS FOR YOUR BODY?

 Weight  loss programme-review
Nutrition & Wellness
To stay healthy, active, and in shape you need to be very careful about the foods you choose to eat. Just like a sports car that tends to drag if you use cheap gas filled with sludge, your body won’t run at optimum levels without high-test fuels.
It’s more than just a list of “The Top 24 Foods You Should Avoid” when it comes to a nutritious diet and healthy living; we want you to understand why these foods are part of the

the problems that create chronic disease
  • Obesity
  • Cardiac-circulatory (Peripheral and systemic)
  • HBP
  • Myocardial Infarct
  • Renal
  • Diabetes
Your Dream Body
1. REFINED SUGARS
(Table sugar, dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, sucralose) are probably the most dangerous chemical compounds people eat on a regular basis. Refined sugars are ultimately harmful to your liver, your pancreas, and your cardiovascular system. Refined sugar consumption is associated with risk of obesity, diabetes, cancers, and heart disease but are found is almost all processed, pre-packaged foods. You’ll find them in all kinds of food, not just obvious sweets, which makes them difficult to avoid. Reading the labels of any food is imperative but the only way to be sure your menu isn’t riddled with refined sugar is to buy fresh ingredients and cook for yourself. If you are cursed with a sweet tooth, try fresh fruits, dry fruits, or honey, they are well known as a Weight  loss programmer in many publication like FATLOSSFACTOR.
2. TRANS FATS (HYDROGENATED FATS)
Not only that raise the level of “bad” (LDL) cholesterol, but they reduce your good cholesterol (HDL) levels. HDL is what keeps your arteries clear. Trans fats are hydrogenated (combined with hydrogen to create a solid) vegetable oils converted into solid fats like stick margarine and shortening. Trans fats are a primary ingredient in most processed foods: French fries, potato chips, cookies, biscuits, and so on. Fortunately, manufacturers are now required to print trans fats content on their labels, which helps you isolate and avoid these foods.
DOUGHNUTS are not only made with white flour, they are deep-fried in trans and saturated fats. This white flour and sugar combination is poison for your pancreas, forcing it to work overtime and causing dangerous blood sugar level oscillations.
POTATO CHIPS contain huge quantities of fats, mainly trans fats. They are packed with sodium, food coloring, preservatives, and artificial flavors. The
motley crew of chemicals found in your favorite bag of jalapeno, sea salt, barbeque can cause severe allergic reactions while the sodium causes high blood pressure and the trans fats put you at risk for heart disease. Instead of tempting yourself “not to eat just one”, try to get them out of your life for good.

3. WHITE FLOUR
Might not be something most of us consider a “dangerous food” but consider this: white flour is what remains after the most nutritious portion of the grain (the bran and the germ) is extracted. All the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are removed to create cereals and other whole grain foods. The excess is then bleached with chlorine and heated at very high temperatures to ensure preservation for as long as possible. This process destroys any nutritious elements the flour might still contain. Eating white flour products provide empty calories to your body, increasing your chances of high blood sugar and cholesterol, and causes constipation.
4. PROCESSED MEATS
(Hot dogs, store bought hamburgers, salami, sausages, etc.) are unhealthy for many reasons. They are prepared using poorer quality meat, often scraps that cannot be used for anything else, and contain high levels of saturated fats. Due to the quality, more chemicals are required for longer shelf-life and to assist in their appearance such as food coloring, preservatives, artificial flavors, and excess salt. Many scientific studies link the consumption of processed meats with a very high risk type of colon cancer. In addition, they are associated with cardiovascular disease, arthritis, and gout.
SMOKED MEATS you typically find in supermarkets are not actually smoked in the old-fashioned, traditional way over a wood fire. They are

created using a shortcut method of covering the meat in chemicals that mimic the taste and color of smoked meat. The chemicals used to “smoke” the meats are highly carcinogen. Smoker (both electric and wood varieties) for home use are reasonably priced and give you peace of mind in knowing exactly how the food is being prepared that goes on your family’s table.3
5. DEEP-FRIED FOODS
Contain extremely high levels of trans and saturated fats as well as toxic compounds resulting from this cooking process. When shortening, butter, and most vegetable oils are heated to boiling point, they produce toxic carcinogen substances.
FRENCH FRIES are one example why deep-fried foods are dangerous.
They are little sponges filled with unhealthy fats and dangerous carcinogen by-products resulting from the deep-frying process. There is nothing to recommend this national favorite other than to say it is best to avoid them pre-made and opt to slice up a potato, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over it, sprinkle with sea salt and oven bake your own homemade delicious fries!4
6. GRANOLA CEREALS
Granola cereals are those healthy marketed cereals you eat in the morning thinking you’re getting a “healthy part of a complete breakfast”. Guess again. Think of eating granola equal to eating a bowl of refined sugar. Most are as bad for you and your family as candy since they are made using refined flours, refined sugars, food coloring, artificial flavors, and preservatives. One cup of Granola cereal can contain over 500 calories and nearly three tablespoons of refined sugar. Trade them for whole grain cereals, like natural whole grain oatmeal or steel cut oats and top with fresh berries or apples.5
7. SODA
Is made primarily of water and that may make you think they aren’t too bad on the “Most Unwanted Foods” list. Unfortunately, the excessive amounts of sugar, food coloring, artificial flavors, and preservatives that are added to sodas put your entire body under stress to metabolize the sugar and chemicals. Frequent drinking of soda is associated with obesity and high blood sugar level. You may think it’s better than coffee in the morning. In reality, you’re shooting down your body’s efficiency with every sip.6
8. ENERGY DRINKS
Are even worse than regular sodas. In addition to the bad ingredients listed above, energy drinks also contain substances that falsely stimulate the nervous system causing you to crash later in the day. Energy drinks expose you to heart disease and dehydration.7
9. CANNED SOUPS
Are sometimes regarding as a “healthy food’, but they can be very deceiving. Most brands are packed with sodium, preservatives, artificial flavors, and other chemicals. In just one serving it can have almost 1,000 milligrams of salt. Steer clear of soups that have cream-bases as well, as they can high in calories and fat. Soups can also cause water retention and raise your blood pressure.8
10. FROZEN PIZZAS
Are incredibly popular. Most found in supermarkets are made with white flower, contain trans and saturated fats, excess sodium, preservatives, and processed meats such as salami and sausage. If you don’t have time to make your own pizza (which is almost as fast as calling your local pizza place), try an organic variety. It may cost a little more, but your health is worth it.9
11. SOY MILK/ SOY PRODUCTS
Soy products are hailed as the wonder food to lower cholesterol, prevent cancer, and reduce menopause. Processed soy products such as “meats, cheeses, milk, and ice creams” are damaging to your health and have pre- metabolized isolates or other similar processed forms of soy. These heavily processed versions of soy products contain toxins, are high in isoflavones (in high levels of consumption have been found disrupt estrogen balance), can disrupt the enzymes needed to digest proteins and assimilate amino acids. It has been linked to immune system breakdown, cancer, malnutrition, and loss of libido.
Vegetarians especially need to be aware of the amount of soy products they consume as it can be valued source of protein but they shouldn’t rely on it as their only source of protein. Stick to naturally fermented soy products such as natto, tamari, miso, tempeh, and naturally fermented soy sauce.
12. MOVIE THEATER & MICROWAVE POPCORN
Is a time-honored tradition that most of us can’t resist while watching our favorite flick. Thankfully, it isn’t often. Although corn is not bad in itself, movie theater popcorn and most brands of store-bought popcorn are loaded with sodium, artificial flavors, and trans or saturated fats. When you have a craving for popcorn make it in a pot on your stovetop or in a hot-air popcorn popper and savor it!11
13. MAYONNAISE
Is made of poor quality vegetable oils, artificial flavors, preservatives, and additives. It’s a very calorie-dense food, which puts you at risk for obesity, while the additives and preservatives can cause serious allergies. Making your own at home is cheap, easy, and much better for you.12
14. CHOCOLATE SPREADS AND BARS
Milk and white chocolate tend to contain very little actual cocoa. However, there is plenty of sugar, solidified trans fats, artificial flavors, and food coloring. They are fattening, allergenic depending on the blend, and stress your pancreas. Chocolate contains opiate like substances which make you crave it and can be just as addictive as a drug.
Dark chocolate is a great replacement. It’s full of antioxidants and lowers high blood pressure.13
15. JAMS & JELLIES
JAMS & JELLIES bought from the store contain very little actual fruit but plenty of refined sugars, food coloring, artificial flavors, and preservatives. Most varieties are nothing more than flavored sugar with loads of calories and allergenic potential. The process of canning your own jams and jellies at home can be time-consuming but worth every minute once you sample the improved flavor of this healthy alternative.
16. BAGELS
Are made with refined wheat flour and stripped of all nature’s benefits provided in whole grain flour. They are so calorie-dense that one bagel is the caloric equivalent of six slices of white bread before you put a single topping on it.14
17. BOTTLED ICE TEAS & FRUIT JUICES
Are not much better than soda. There is very little actual tea in the blend comprised mostly of sugar, artificial flavors, and preservatives. Making your own tea and pouring it in a reusable container is a healthier (and more environmental) choice.15
FRUIT JUICE bought in the store is not the same as what you make at home. There is generally very little actual fruit contained, the blend consisting primarily of water and sugar plus additives such as food coloring, artificial flavors, and preservatives. These processed fruit juices put unhealthy stress on your liver and pancreas, raise blood sugar level, and cause obesity.
18. TOASTER PASTRIES
Are made with refined wheat flour and contain an abundance of sugar which means they provide little more than a lot of empty calories and stress your pancreas. They are also loaded with trans fats, artificial colors and flavors, and preservatives.17
19. GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS (GMO)
Are difficult to avoid since there are not laws in the United States forcing manufacturers to put this information on their labels. GMO’s are associated with toxicity in the liver and kidneys, problems with blood cells and liver cells formation, false pregnancy, and sterility. To ensure you’re not eating products made with GMO’s, try to buy products that have the words “organic” or “GMO free” on the label.18
20. PRETZELS
Are made using refined white wheat flour and enormous amounts of sodium (salt). This combination of nutritionally void ingredients leads directly to obesity and contributes to water retention and high blood pressure.
20. PRE-MADE FRUIT SMOOTHIES
Are not the same as fresh fruit or making it yourself with fresh ingredients. One glass of a popular store bought fruit smoothie contains 8 tablespoons of sugar. The sugar found in natural fruit is very different from refined white cane sugar. Store bought smoothies also contain as much acid as cola and over time can cause tooth enamel erosion.
22. COCKTAILS
Are incredibly calorie-dense. One pina colada contains over 700 calories and enough sugar content for several days. Some of the worst cocktail offenders are white Russians, margaritas, and daiquiris. If you are going to have a drink then enjoy a glass of wine or light beer. One 5 oz glass of red wine has 100 calories versus 1.5 oz of Vodka containing 104 calories.
No Substitute for Tropical Fruits

23. WHOLE MILK
Is terrible for your body. The pasteurization process destroys the original vitamins, minerals, and enzymes found in raw milk. The calcium found in cow’s milk is barely absorbed by the human body. Cow’s milk is made for calves and contains proteins that can create metabolic disturbances in humans and result in increased bone fractures as you get older versus limited milk consumption. Also milk may contain antibiotics given to the animal which when ingested by humans allows for bacteria harmful for humans to become more resistant to prescribed antibiotics. Try almond milk or rice milk as an alternative.20

24. FARMED SALMON
Has been found to have much higher levels of PCBs, dioxin, and other toxic cancer-causing chemicals than wild salmon, according to a recent study. Salmon raised in Northern Europe had the highest contaminant levels. This was followed by salmon raised in North America and Chile. The reason for the higher toxin levels is thought to be because of the feed used in fish farms.
Eating more than one meal of farm-raised salmon per month (depending on where it is from) may increase one’s risk of developing cancer in the future due to the increased levels of chemicals and antibiotics.
